What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, only valid for FULL PRICE items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Are any purchases final sale?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items on SALE are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged. Internationally shipped orders are FINAL sale.
When will I get my order?

Orders in the UAE placed between 8AM-12PM will be illegible for next day delivery.

Orders in Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah made before 8am will be attempted on the same day.

Overseas deliveries can take between 2-10 days.

Can I order multiple gifts in the same order?

Yes of course! And this happens very often with Teejayz. We are a great one stop shop for all your gifting needs. At checkout you will find a little notes box. Inside you can write the gift wrapping instructions ( Ex: wrap seperately, mark each bag with what is inside, add gift message ect…)
What do you mean by Stretch to fit longer ?

Our pajamas are made with extra length, as we noticed kids often grow in height at a much faster pace then in width. We want to make sure your kids get to wear their Teejayz longer.
