    What is the return policy?

    Our 7-day return policy applies to orders delivered within the UAE only. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, and returns are only valid for full price items. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping is paid by you, and the value of returned items is issued as store credit valid for 1 year. To start a return, visit our return center and send us a return request.     Are any purchases final sale?

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items on SALE are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged. Internationally shipped orders are FINAL sale.
    When will I get my order?

    Dubai 30-minute delivery (Monday to Sunday): orders placed in Dubai between 8:00AM and 4:00PM are delivered within 30 minutes of the order being placed. Express orders in Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah placed before 10AM are eligible for same-day delivery. Express orders placed after 10AM are delivered the next day. UAE Standard orders placed before 10AM are delivered within 1 business day, and orders placed after 10AM within 2 business days. GCC orders (KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman & Bahrain) are delivered within 3 business days. Other international orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days for Europe & UK, and up to 10 business days for the rest of the world.
    How much does shipping cost?

    Free delivery in the UAE on orders over AED 500, and free across the GCC on orders over AED 300. Below that, UAE delivery starts at AED 20 and GCC delivery is AED 40. Other countries are calculated at checkout.
    Do you offer gift wrapping ?

    Yes of course! We actually believe Teejayz is the perfect Gift. We offer Free gift wrapping at checkout.

    Can I order multiple gifts in the same order?

    Yes of course! And this happens very often with Teejayz. We are a great one stop shop for all your gifting needs. At checkout you will find a little notes box. Inside you can write the gift wrapping instructions ( Ex: wrap seperately, mark each bag with what is inside, add gift message ect…)
    What do you mean by Stretch to fit longer ?

    Our pajamas are made with extra length, as we noticed kids often grow in height at a much faster pace then in width. We want to make sure your kids get to wear their Teejayz longer.
