SHIPPING

Please note our order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please allow additional processing time during sale periods.

All our products ship from Dubai. 

Custom charges may apply on the order depending on the shipping country and location. TEEJAYZ is not liable for additional costs incurred. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine the landed cost price prior to completing your purchase.

SHIPPING TIME 

Express orders in Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah placed before 10AM are eligible for same-day delivery. Express orders placed after 10AM are shipped the next day.

Overseas deliveries can take between 2-10 days.

UAE Delivery: Dubai 30-Minute AED 35 / Express AED 25 (free on orders of AED 750+) / Standard AED 20 (free on orders of AED 500+)

GCC Delivery (KSA/Qatar/Kuwait/Oman/Bahrain): AED 40 - Free on orders of AED 300+

MENA Delivery: AED 50 - free on orders of AED 200+

Europe & UK: AED 60 - free on orders of AED 300+

US & Canada: AED 75 - free on orders of AED 400+

Our flat shipping rates are up to 5kg. For other international orders shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

We are currently unable to ship to Lebanon or Jordan due to elevated risk surcharges. We apologize for the inconvenience and will update this page when service resumes.
